Interesting Law of Contract Topics for Legal Research

Some interesting and practical areas of contract law that would make good legal research topics are: I am particularly interested in contemporary problems of contract formation, breach, remedies, and interpretation. I would also welcome suggestions for focused law of contract research topics where there is sufficient recent case law and academic material for a detailed study.
