Engine mount clunk, is 2k AED normal or am I being ripped off?

I've got a 2017 Grand Cherokee and there's this clunking noise when I go over bumps or accelerate from a stop, and a vibration at idle that my wife noticed before I did. A mechanic friend listened to it and said it's probably the engine mounts, and that they're known to go on these around 100k km. Mine's at 110k so that tracks. I called the dealer and they quoted me something like 2,500 AED for both sides including labor, which feels high but I have no reference point. I started asking around and someone in a local group mentioned affordable engine mount repair near Khalifa City, said they had theirs done there for way less and it's been fine. But I'm skeptical because I've been burned before by cheap parts that failed in six months. Has anyone here actually replaced engine mounts on a Grand Cherokee? How much did you pay and where? Also, do they usually need both sides replaced at the same time or can you do just the one that's bad? And is there any way to tell if they used OEM quality parts or the cheapest ones available? Just trying to figure out if the dealer price is fair or if I should shop around. Would appreciate any input.
