Example bug report:

Title: The cop Placeables do not work.

Expected Behavior: The player should be allowed to place down Placeables.

Actual Behavior: When the player selects Placeables in the cop Y menu the game does not allow them to place the objects in the world and requires a game restart to fix.

Recreation Steps:
1. Load into the server as a Cop.
2. Spawn at Kavala HQ.
3. Press the Y key to open the Y menu.
4. Select the Placeables tab and select an object from the list.
5. Press the C key to place the item.
6. Observe the object does not get placed in the game world.
